Loretto’s Buckley Landing offers two residential programs for older adults based on the level of assistance needed. Both programs at Buckley Landing are licensed and regulated by the New York State Department of Health.
Our Enriched Living Program provides services for residents who require some assistance with daily living activities at an affordable monthly rate. They include:
- three meals in our dining room plus a nutritious
evening snack daily
- daily bed making
- weekly laundry and housekeeping services
- care management
- personal care assistance (bathing supervision, dressing, etc.)
- medication monitoring
- scheduling of medical appointments and transportation
- emergency Response System
- personal safety checks
- case management
- social and recreational activities
Buckley Landing’s Assisted Living Program is for medically stable individuals who qualify for placement in a nursing home facility and are eligible for Medicaid. In addition to the standard services listed above in our Enriched Living Program, the Assisted Living Program at Buckley Landing also provides:
- reminders and escorts to meals
- assistance with oxygen therapy and glucose monitoring
- bathroom (toileting) assistance
- assistance with occasional transfers
